Signing a Power of Attorney to avoid having to travel to Spain

GB Abogados provide Power of Attorney for Spain. Many clients who appoint us to assist with a legal matter in Spain, do not wish to have to travel to Spain in person.

The current Covid situation, expense of travel and taking time off work often makes it impossible for some clients to visit Spain.

The solution is that the client signs a Power of Attorney for use in Spain.

This formal document is signed to grant specific powers to another party.

The Power of Attorney Spain service is open to any new client and you do not need to have used GB Abogados in the past.
