Whilst the property market in Spain is recovering, there are still bargains to be had, particularly in some of the more rural areas.

The apartment is located in the quaint town of Quintana Martín Galíndez, located between Burgos and Bilbao.
Fortunately, there are many flights from London airports directly to Bilbao. Not only is this apartment great value for money but it is only an hour and 20-minute drive from Bilbao Airport.

This property is situated in the Galician town of O Valadouro, just an hour and a half by car to the nearest airport (Santiago de Compostela). Stansted and Heathrow both fly direct to Santiago de Compostela, making access easy from the UK.
Alternatively Asturias airport, known as Oviedo but closer to Aviles, is also around an hour and a half away. Flights are available from London Gatwick.

The property is located in the town of Yecla, in the region of Murcia, just under an hour away from both Alicante and Murcia airports. Both airports offer flights to many locations in the UK and northern Europe.

Situated in the town of Jerez de la Frontera, the property is easily accesible, as there are direct flights to Sevilla airport from most London airports. Gibraltar airport is another option.

In terms of location, the property is situated in a small town called Librilla, just 25 minutes from Murcia city centre and a mere 30 from Murcia´s international airport, making it incredibly accessible.
There are regular flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Southend and Birmingham.
